Payments & Quotations

• All quotations are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change due to scope modifications or material cost variations
• Payments must be made as per agreed milestones

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, layouts, images, and content remain the intellectual property of The Aakar Theory unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

• Delays caused by third parties or force majeure events
• Structural or site-related issues not disclosed prior to execution
• Client decisions taken against professional advice

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
